Indulge in an unforgettable culinary experience with us at our Filipino Kamayan Feast! Transport yourself to the vibrant streets of the Philippines as you partake in this traditional communal dining experience. "Kamayan" translates to "eating with your hands" in Tagalog, and that's exactly how you'll enjoy this feast - with your bare hands, savoring every bite of flavorful dishes served on banana leaves.
Black 6 hopes to break bread (we mean rice) with you and catch up with our community of Veterans and First Responders. An open belly means an open heart, and we hope to share what's been happening at Black 6.
The term "Boodle Fight" originated from the military, particularly among Filipino soldiers. It refers to a communal way of eating where food is laid out on banana leaves, and those feasting, eat with their hands. This style of dining fosters camaraderie, solidarity, and equality among soldiers, regardless of rank or status. In a military context, it symbolizes the unity and teamwork necessary for success in combat situations.
